The Process

Online Valuation
Upon provision of an asset list we can provide you with a pre-testing valuation for your devices. At this time we also offer some advice on how to ready your devices for the recycling process so we can ensure we achieve the highest residual values for your equipment.

Logistics
Once the pre-testing valuation has been agreed, we can arrange for a FREE collection of your equipment.
Once all your equipment has been collected it will be booked in to our system for diagnostic testing and a confirmation email sent to you.

Test & Report
Your devices will undergo full diagnostic testing and cosmetic grading, with confirmation of value sent in a valuation report for sign-off. We will also send GDPR compliant data destruction certification for each asset, followed by a direct payment of the asset value to close the project
Diagnostics & GDPR Data Destruction
Every device we recycle is put through stringent hardware diagnostic testing and detailed cosmetic grading. This is to ensure we can effectively refurbish each device and we can release the highest residual value for your mobile devices to improve your ROI. We use industry leading diagnostic software, MobiONE from MobiCode to perform all our device testing.
With the introduction of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), the requirements for mobile phone recyclers to erase data from used devices has become an industry standard. Our software of choice is MobiWIPE® from industry leading MobiCode, a certificated ADISA approved application.
MobiWIPE® is the most robust and comprehensive data erasure tool on the market and is guaranteed to protect devices from any form of data-breach. All data destruction activity carried out with MobiWIPE® is fully certified and is insured by Hiscox Insurance, providing full peace of mind for our end users.
We remind all customers to fully back up their data, remove memory cards and SIM cards before recycling their devices as once your data has been destroyed, we are unable to retrieve it.
Upon completion of data destruction, we issue asset-by-asset GDPR compliant certification for your records.
Value Recovery
A key part to our service is the ability to unlock and recover any value that may be left in your devices. Each device that we processed is assessed for refurbishment and reuse, and it's through this process that allows us to unlock the highest values in your devices which is paid back to our customers in an asset value rebate.
